Hi, I have a room available in a maisonette in Rutherglen for a fixed period of 3 months, with the potential to extend further. If the stay is not extended, I will provide 28 days' notice in advance.

Location Perks:
• Just a 5 min walk to G44 area (King's Park/Cathcart border).
• 7 min walk to Aldi.
• 7 min walk to the Number 7 bus stop.
• 15 min walk to Rutherglen Station (quick links to Glasgow Central).

Rent: £650 pcm (Bills included)
Deposit: £300
Duration: 3 months (rolling or extension possible)

About the house/room:

The room is fully furnished and the house is shared with one other professional. It’s a quiet environment, perfect for someone who values their rest and a tidy space.

Who I’m looking for:
• Full-time professional who works out of the house (strictly no WFH/Home Office). (Students accepted)
• Clean, respectful, and reliable person.

Important Note on Bills:
Rent includes all bills, however, there is a £150 cap on the total monthly energy bill for the property, any charges above this amount should be split.
