Room for Rent near Glasgow

I am a 27 year old male who will be travelling for a 2 month trip and so I am renting out my room in a 2 bed flat. This will be between 1st June-1st August (dates can be discussed)

You will be sharing the flat with my sister (F25). I am only looking for a female tenant

All bills and council tax will be included in rent cost. All that I ask is you to be a respectful and clean tenent

You are :
•2 minutes walk from a Nisa Convenient store
•5-7 minute walk from a Tesco Extra and Home Bargains. Next to it is a KFC, McDonalds and a Greggs

•Rutherglen train station is less than a 10 minute walk with frequent connections into Glasgow city centre
• You can also catch the 18 or 263 into the city centre
