I have a double room to rent out in my terrace house located in Shawlands, less than 5 minutes walk from Shawlands train station and bus stop direct to the city centre. House is fully furnished with garden at the back. The Pollok counrty park and supermarkets e. g. Morrisons, Lidl are 15-20 minutes walk.
The room will come fully furnished. The house is fully furnished with wifi BT superfast fibre.
I am a relax and chill person but i do like to keep the place tidy and clean. Will be looking for housemate that is tidy and clean too.
I do like to chit chat or watch a movie in the evening or on weekends if interested; however, I will also respect your privacy and personal time.
