Double room to rent in Shawlands

I have a large furnished double room to rent in a newly renovated flat in the centre of Shawlands close to Pollockshaws East train station.

The flat has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and all new furnishings throughout. The flat has 70mbps superfast Wifi, Sky TV and Netflix.

Shawlands has every amenity and shop you need. It’s a lovely area with independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants. It’s a ten minute train journey into the centre of Glasgow with frequent trains and buses.

I’m a 25 year old professional working 9-5 in Glasgow and looking for a flatmate to share with. I enjoy socialising and keeping fit as well as nights in relaxing and watching tv.
