Rent a room in a newly refurbished flat/furnished. Available to rent from 1st August on a furnished basis. No HMO license. It is located in the heart of Shawlands with lots of great shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. I am looking for responsible tenants who will look after the property. The flat is being rented on a furnished basis.
