The flat is located in the heart of Shawlands right next to Queens Park and close to Crossmyloof train station, as well as being close to bus stops so transport into town is quick and easy. It's a 2 minute walk many bars and restaurants, including The Glad Cafe, Ranjits Kitchen and Gnom, as well as Shawlands Arcade. Free street parking available.

Current flatmate is currently doing a post grad as well as working so often not in the flat, so ideal flatmate would be a mature student or a professional.

Bills are not included but roughly £50 a month for WiFi, council tax and electricity.
