Room available in lovely Shawlands flatshare!

Hey!

I’m Polly, I’m 24 and rent a gorgeous two-bed in Shawlands.

I’m looking for a flatmate as sadly mine is moving to Belfast for a brilliant new job!

The first-floor flat is in Shawlands, on a quiet street but super close to the main road. There are loads of lovely bars and brunch places around, and we’re just a few minutes walk away from one of the city’s most iconic venues... The Shed. There are two huge parks within walking distance, and a Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Morrison’s super close too.

The rent is £400 a month and bills are between £80-£120, depending on how much we use the heating 😅

I’m a journalist at STV. After work I like to exercise (well, I try to...) or catchup on some Netflix tv. I’m v tidy, like cooking, and in the evenings I LOVE a wine.

Looking for someone to socialise with inside the flat, and out! ☺️

I’d love to meet someone who - like me - tries to be sensible during the week but go out at the weekend.
