Large bright spacious room with king sized bed in a beautiful historically significant building overlooking Queens Park on Pollokshaws Road. The bedroom is situated at the back of the flat. Flat has two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, big kitchen and cosy living / dining room.

The flat also has access to a unique roof terrace with views across the city and to the hills where I have lots of outdoor seating, a BBQ, a fire pit and lots of plants.


Flat features washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large American style fridge, bath, shower.

I am looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate who loves animals. Also in the flat is a small whippet called Wolfgang and so looking for someone comfortable with animals and happy living with a dog.

I am queer and originally from London but have been here 10 years. I am an artist. I work from home a lot and I travel a fair bit for work. I really enjoy cooking and sometimes have people over for dinner but most nights me and the dog are snuggled on the couch watching tv or I'm at yoga or tango 💃

Would suit someone who also works from home. Its nice to have other folk about and also the dog loves the company during the day!

There is a really friendly community in the building and I know most of the neighbours, it's a very nice block!

The flat is my home and I really love it , I am looking for someone keen to nest and make it feel like their home too. I've had amazing relationships with flatmates before and am looking for someone who is open and communicative so we can find a vibe that works for us :)

Were situated on Pollokshaws Road which is 5 minutes from Crossmyloof Station and buses into town go from right outside the front door. Shawlands is a lovely part of the city with lots of independent cafes, restaurants and shops. Queens Park is a beautiful space to spend time in and is directly opposite the flat.

Rent is £500pm and bills are £200 (council tax, internet, gas, electricity and a cleaner coming once a fortnight) so it's £700 all inclusive. Looking for someone to move in by 30th October.

Looking for someone confident with animals and experience living with them. Dog is very chilled and loves people and lying on every bed in the flat. Dog lover is a must with an understanding of what it's like to live with a dog and happy to keep an eye out/take her down for a pee if you're in. Happy to answer any questions and send more photos.

The room has a bed and a clothes rail but otherwise unfurnished. The furniture in there in the video is my current flatmates. So good for someone with their own furniture or looking to make their own nest!
