Looking for a flat mate

Hi there I have a newly decorated flat, in shawlands. Tesco and Morrisons are within walking distance close by to lots of shops pure gym. There is city centre transport which is very frequent 10 minutes by train or 20 minutes by bus. . The room Is unfurnished but has new carpet and fitted wardrobes with a shoe rack inside. . Rent is 1 month upfront you have access to the full flat with your own bathroom . The flat has a brand new washing machine, separate tumble dryer/ outside clothes line in The back garden also an option. . I have a 4 year old male neutered indoor cat called Albi who is very friendly. It’s a nice quiet area in shawlands too with great views.
