Train station and buses are just 1 minute walking from the flat as other shops and supermarket ( Morrison, Tesco etc.) . City centre is just 15/20 minutes far with local transport.

i'm looking for a flatmate who is friendly, tidy and reliable.
the rent is 350pm . plus council tax around 118pm, excluded bills
