The flat is a few minutes walk to Queens Park, just around the corner from Shawlands arcade and a stones throw from the Deanston Bakery. Close to lots of different transport links. It's very easy to get into the city centre - there are buses that go both east and west of the city. If you drive there is free on street parking.

You would be sharing with me, Niamh. I'm 39 originally from Dublin. Due to COVID restrictions I currently work part-time at home and the rest of the time as an artist and writer. I'm sociable, love a chat and like to meet new people.

The flat is quiet and there are families living in the building, while it's not a party flat there's definitely scope to have people round! It's well kept, clean, in good condition and very much a home.
