This bright and spacious flat in the heart of Shawlands, Skirving street is full of thriving local businesses and popular coffee shops. I’m looking for a flatmate to rent out my spare room, the room will come partly furnished with bed frame, bedside table, wardrobe, desk & chair. You will need your own mattress. I'll be starting my final year of silversmithing & jewellery and would like to find someone with similar creative interests. I’m all for cooking and hanging out together.
