I am a young professional, working office hours Mo-Fr, who likes to keep busy in my spare time. I am a live in landlady in a 2 double bedrooms flat in Shawlands.

The flat is situated in a very quitet area and street, just 3 minutes walk (literally) to Pollok park, Shawlands train station and bus stop (#57, #3). Very good location to local ameneties (super markets, banks, post office, bars and pubs).
Easy access in 5min drive to M77, M8, Silverburn shopping centre.

The 2nd bedroom in the property is available for rent from 5th March.

I am house proud, so I am looking to share the flat with a tidy and pretty down to earth professional who wants to find a cosy place to live in and feel like home.

This is not a party or loud flat, more of a quiet weekend brunch and low key dinner gatherings kind of flat.

The shared area consists of: living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, balcony.

Parking is not an issue, there is a residential parking area at the back of the property and free on street parking at the front of it.
