Sunny Flat In Shawlands

Looking for a short term let, so about 2/3 months, possibly longer. Would like someone to move in pretty quickly. At least from the 12th December or to be able to pay first months rent from the 12th.

We are Sophie (23) and Jess (24) and Sebastian (the cat) we are really friendly and outgoing. We like to cook and watch movies together or play board games. Both quite artsy people. Sophie is studying her masters in environmental economics and Jess works in a little west end gift shop and makes slow fashion clothing on the side. We are both pretty tidy and clean and like to keep the communal areas clean. There’s also a cute ginger cat who is pretty shy. But cuddly when he wants to be. Any cat stuff is taken care of by Jess. We are both Queer and vegetarian too.
We would like someone to move in who is also friendly and welcoming. It is best suited for a short term let as we are probably planning to find another flat within the next few months and the landlord would require us all to leave at the same time.
