Lovely double room in Shawlands with own bathroom

Hello,

Looking for someone to rent the spare room in my flat.

I'm fairly sociable so would be great to find someone who would be keen to have the odd glass of wine (or cup of tea!) and a chat while living in the flat.

I'm working from home the majority of the time at the moment but am hoping to be back in the office 50% of the time very soon.

The room comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe and x2 bedside tables which can be kept or removed. If you are working from home there is space if you wanted to provide a small desk. You would also have your own bathroom the majority of the time as I have an en-suite. Would occasionally be used by guests but other than that it's all yours!

Very close to lots of amenities. Less than 5min walk to Pollockshaws East station and several other stations are within a 10min walk. Less than 5min walk to large Lidl and Morrisons and lots of pubs, shops and parks within walking distance. Private parking is also available if you have a car.
