Double Room in glasgow southside

Hey I’m looking for a flatmate (Professional) (30+) within a modern apartment block in the auldhouse/newlands area of glasgow. I stay in a 2 bedroom flat with dining room, open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, tumble dryer, broadband, private parking etc. The flat is 5 mins from the nearest train station and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I am a nurse and work 12 hour day and night shifts so I can be sometimes sleeping during the day. I am looking for a fellow professional who is clean, tidy and respectful. I am not much of a party animal, I enjoy going out for dinner, having friends round for dinner, watching movies and chilling. I would like someone who I can get on with and easy to live with. I have no preference on gender, I’m very open minded and very laid back. I look forward to hearing from anyone interested.
