Looking for a cat friendly housemate!

I have a double bedroom available in a 2.5 bedroom maisonette in the heart of shawlands!
Car park below flat and close to shawlands and crossmyloof train stations also loads of bus services that pass by. I'm only considering female room mates. I’m looking for someone long term if possible but will consider short term.

All recently refurbished flat, big kitchen and living area that will be shared. I am waiting on some works to be completed but nothing major.

There is a second single room but it isn't really used. i'm going to set it up as a dressing room/office space.
The room only has a bed in there at the minute, you’ll need to provide your own bedroom furniture.

Busy part of shawlands, loads of great cafe’s, bakeries, restaurants and bars!

About me - I’m Chloe, 27 and a vet care assistant so will be out most of the day. Also have family in Northern Ireland so you’ll have the flat to yourself while I’m visiting. I have three beautiful and friendly cats that do currently have the run of the house. For that reason though I can’t consider any additional pets.
It’ll be a big plus if you like true crime and horror movies. You’ll need a sense of humour to live with me as well haha.
