A very spacious, welcoming flat in an old tenement style building. The room up for rent is a large double bedroom with plenty of storage space. The flat is more than big enough to socialise, but also have your own space. It is based in Shawlands so there is plenty of options when it comes to cafés, restaurants and bars. The flat is also located a short walking distance from Queens Park ... and an even shorter walk to the Granary 🍺

About myself:

I am a working professional who has been living in Glasgow for just under a year. I am originally from South of the border moving up for work. I work in professional football so I am kept busy a lot of the time, however I do really enjoy socialising in my free time, whether that being; Netflix, Cafés, going out for food and a pint or a good hiking adventure. Looking for someone with similar interests and who respects the flat.

I also come with a coffee machine 👍
