The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, both of which are regularly cleaned. The building is located in a convenient and safe neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation(2 train stations and plenty of bus stops) and local amenities. A 5 minute walk into Shawlands and 5 minutes to the local supermarket. The room is available for rent on a monthly basis, with a flexible lease term(upto 8 months/August 2026). The rent includes factors fee.
