2 flatmates and a dog looking for our 3rd flatmate

Hey. We have a Spareroom in a really nice flat in Langside/ Shawlands and are on the lookout for someone to fill it! Currently, it's two of us in the flat, plus a dog.

We are
- a community chef at a children charity
- a cycling charity worker

The Deets:
- £650/month including bills
- Newer building with a bright living room
- Decent-sized bedroom
- Ensuite-room
- Spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms
- Unfurnished but includes white goods and each room has a large built-in wardrobe (current flatmate might leave some furniture too)

We have created a homely and welcoming environment in our flat. We moved in last year and have become really close friends since then! The 3 of us are really into cooking so cooking with/ for each other from time to time is the norm in this flat. We love to go on adventures (bike/hikes/festivals etc) together out with the flat and would really like someone who is looking for a home where we socialise together.
