3 flatmates and a dog looking for our 4th flatmate

Hey. We have a Spareroom in a really nice flat in Langside/ Shawlands and are on the lookout for someone to fill it! Currently, it's three of us in the flat, plus a dog.

We are
- a community chef at a children charity
- a career
- front of house at Bar Vini and a local cafe

The Deets:
- Rent: £310/month
- Newer building with a bright living room
- Decent-sized bedrooms
- Spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms
- Unfurnished but includes white goods and each room has a large built-in wardrobe (current flatmate might leave some furniture too)
- you'll need to get a bed; the rest is looking like it's sorted
- Aiming to move in start of January but we've got a bit of flexibility on that

We have created a homely and welcoming environment in our flat. We all moved in last year and have become really close friends since then! The 3 of us are really into cooking so cooking with/ for each other from time to time is the norm in this flat. We also all love to do our own thing, have other pals round and respect alone time!
