Hello, I have a large/double sized well furnished bed/sitting room for single use available with shared shower room facility. There is a sunny well equipped kitchen. The ground floor flat is close to Pollokshields railway station and easy access to the city centre. Lots of nice cafes and shops nearby and local supermarkets. The rent includes council tax and utilities.
I’m quiet and like to paint and go away travelling visiting friends and family and I share my home with a very friendly border terrier called Haggis. My place would suit someone who wants their own space and enjoys the company of sharing a flat.
