Based in one of Glasgows most popular residential. Areas, Pollokshields is a “garden suburb” which has lots of coffee shops, restaurants, shops within 5 minute walk of the flat, Pollokshields west iand west are both with 10. Mins of the property and one stop to Glasgow central, - and go every 15 mins.
The household is a single mum with two kids - 9 and 12. Plus occasionally we have my dad staying to help with the kids. The most important member of the family is our very chilled indoor cat Sully who is exceptionally fluffy and lazy. Occasionally we have a family dog staying too…. So animal lover is a must.
You’ll have a big double room, your own kitchenette and sitting room area - plus shared use of 2 bathrooms and larger kitchen. We’d like a non smoker, who is happy to live with a family, in a lovely area with lots of your own space.
Happy to do room furnished or unfurnished.
