Double Room in Shawlands

I have a double room to rent in a beautiful Shawlands flat. Ideal location for getting into the city as it is right next to Pollokshaws East Station. Would be sharing a bathroom, living room and kitchen. I've just moved in so hoping to decorate the place a bit more and make it more homely.

A bit about me:
I am a 25-year old single female working in the civil service. I like to go running, watch reality tv and see friends/family. I'm pretty easy going, I'm really friendly and social but I do also enjoy my alone time.

Looking for someone who would be a good match as a flatmate and hopefully get along well enough to have dinner/drinks together on occasion. I like to keep the place looking nice so looking for someone who will tidy up after themselves. Would be nice to have a female of similar age but I am open-minded. Apart from that, just good vibes and good craic would be ideal.
