Sunny room in gorgeous 2 bed flat opposite Queens

Available June 4th - September 4th.
£600 per month including all bills + one month deposit at the start (can discuss).

The flat is stunning and spacious and has access to a rooftop terrace which is an absolute dream in the summer!

There's a bus stop directly outside the front door, as well as Crossmyloof train station a ~7min walk away (with a big Morrisons next to it!). There's loads of shops and nice cafes nearby and Queens Park is just across the road, ideal for the summer.

The flat is on a 3rd floor, so unfortunately it's got no step-free access.
You'd be sharing the space with my flatmate Rose who is a professional and works from home most of the time, but would likely be coming and going in the summer, so the room wouldn't be ideal for anyone looking for a super social situation.
We typically do a weekly flat clean, and look after a small colony of houseplants, so someone willing to pitch in with cleaning + watering would be ideal.

A cat has been living here and although she would not be living here during the summer, it's something to bear in mind if you have a strong cat allergy.

I will likely need to store some things over the summer (full inventory of everything stored in the room would be kept), but you'd have access to all the drawers, a wardrobe, and shelving.
