The room is spacious with big window and built in wardrobe and come with it is own ensuite bathroom for your use only as i have my own bathroom.

The flat is on 2nd floor, having a lovely open plan kitchen and living room with plenty of natural lights coming in, all walls are insulated and double glazed windows (very warm in cold Glaswegian winter, cool and breathe in the summer), have a free parking space and bike storage, secured entry with video, the flat located in a newly built estate that is managed by private property management company that keeping the communal areas nice and pretty, distance wise:
Lidl - 2mins walk
Morison - 4 mins walk
Pollok Country Park - 7 mins walk
Pollok East and west station - 7 mins walk
Kilmarnock road - 10 mins walk
First bus number 3- 2 mins taking you to city centre in less than 20 mins

The area is quite, secure and safe with walking distance to all buzzing area that Shawlands can offer.

You will be sharing with myself (landlady), I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and looking for the same traits in my future tenant, the flat isn’t for parties or big gatherings, or couple or full time working from home either!

Short stay will be £55 per night.
