We are looking for a professional flatmate to replace me in my current flat share. You would be sharing with a very friendly and lovely professional female who is 28 and loves biking and being outdoors/ socialising and keeping active.
The room is £550ppm, council tax (band C) and bills usually come to approx. £140 combined. Deposit is £750 (a month and a halfs rent). Letting agency will carry out their own process which will involve checking references and credit score etc.
Looking for someone who is also friendly and sociable- likes the idea of random wee catch ups/dinner in the livingroom/ kitchen chats and doesn't mind an occasional gathering of friends, for example, but also isn't into lots of big flat parties etc. Someone who is respectful, neat and tidy is ideal but doesn't have to keep things spotless, and who tends towards popping a cosy jumper or blanket on if it's a bit chilly.
Good sized double room (space to set up the desk-sized windowsill as WFH area with a lovely garden view) which has an attached ensuite and bath- there is also a separate shared shower room. The livingroom and kitchen are shared and have all the normal facilities.
The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet side street off of Kilmarnock Road, on street parking, and close to lots of shops/cafes/bars/parks (Queens Park and Pollok park). Five minutes walk from the closest train station and bus stops.
