£500 incl. bills approx (gas & electricity fluctuate obviously).

A 25 minute walk from the City Centre.
15 minute walk to Bridge Street SPT subway station.
38/57/3 Bus to Centre in 10 mins (bus stop is literally outside the door to the building).

2 bedroom, shared kitchen & bathroom.
Separate showers, I have one in my room.

The bedroom is unfurnished but comes with a Built-In Wardrobe (it's massive).
Option to buy a bedframe & mattress from my current flatmate.

Living Room & Kitchen are fully furnished with my own things.
The sofa in the living room is a pull-out sofabed.
