The room is a double room with an en-suite located in the heart of Shawlands, short walking distance from buses and trains.
Excellent location very close to supermarkets shops and a lot of pubs, restaurants and takeaways, and about a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre.
Large living room with bay windows letting in a lot of natural light. The lounge room is furnished but current flatmate will be taking the couch with him open to suggestion if you have anything you would like to add to it.
The main Bathroom has a large bath and shower, and the kitchen has great cooking space with a large fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space.
A bit more about myself my name is Tom and I work full time as a hospitality assistant in a local nursing home, shift patterns change so working alternate weekends.
I am very laid back and sociable Always up for a bit of chat but also enjoy my own space and respect other peoples privacy. I like to keep the place tidy and respect shared spaces.
Council tax is £197 split between two and fibre broadband is currently £20 split between two and then gas and electricity shared every month.
Room will be available from the tenth of January..
