The room is a double room with an en-suite located in the heart of Shawlands, short walking distance from buses and trains.
Excellent location very close to supermarkets shops and a lot of pubs, restaurants and takeaways, and about a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre.
Large living room with bay windows letting in a lot of natural light. The lounge room is furnished but open to suggestion if you have anything you would like to add to it.
The main Bathroom has a large bath and shower, and the kitchen has great cooking space with a large fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space.
A bit more about myself my name is Tom and I work full time in the catering industry, mainly during the week during the day and back shift with the occasional weekend.
I am very laid back and sociable Always up for a bit of chat but also enjoy my own space and respect other peoples privacy. I like to keep the place tidy and respect shared spaces.
Council tax is £180 split between two and fibre broadband is £30 split between two and then gas and electricity shared every month.
Room will be available from the 9th of August as that is when my flat mate moves out..
