Double bedroom in Shawlands Flat

Hello! Me and my flatmate are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our three bedroom flat in Shawlands as our current flatmate is sadly moving out.

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and storage. The rent, council tax and bills come to £600 total each per month. As it is a rented flat a deposit would also need by the letting agents. We are very close to Crossmyloof station and Queens Park.

We both work from home, but my flatmate does go into the office occasionally.

We are a social flat often cooking and hanging out together, but we also respect each others boundaries and needs for alone time.
