Closest train station is Crossmyloof which is a 10 mins walk and then a 10 mins journey into Glasgow Central.
About me - I'm a male 25 year old professional, who works as an engineer. I own the flat and will continue to reside in the property as a live-in landlord. I work from home most of the time but will occasionally (~2 days/ week) be on site.
No bills will be included. We will half the bills for Council tax, WIFI and electricity.
Council Tax is ~£150pp p/m (Band E), WIFI is £15pp p/m and electricity can be between £50-80pp p/m.
