Description
My current flatmate is moving out 😢 So I am looking for a replacement to move in to a well-kept, furnished top floor flat on Norham Street. The kitchen and bathroom are both fairly newly fitted (5 years old) Kitchen has plenty of storage space and a dishwasher (😍) The bathroom has a P-shaped bath with waterfall-shower. There is also a spare room which we currently use for storage and hanging laundry but could make a good office area too or additional lounge which my current flatmate has been using it for.
I am looking for someone close to the same age (Just turned 33 in August) who is very clean, tidy and sociable and is looking for a friend as well as just a flatmate. I’m very big into movie nights, casual/hardcore drinks and cooking. I am very social and have dinner dates and friends round every so often, but I’m also at theirs often too.
I work as an interior designer, 8.30-5 Mon-Thurs then 9-3 on a Friday - All in the office - would prefer someone similar shift pattern so we don’t disturb one another.
Sadly no pets!

Flat is close to Co-op and Morrison’s plus numerous parks, pubs. shops and gyms. 5 minute walk to Crossmyloof train station also! Great location!
Rent is £500 a month plus council tax and factor fees which cover stair cleaning and back communal garden maintenance - overall cost for this is just under £610.
Bills include gas, electric, internet and TV license and vary between around £77-100 each per month (£100 every 3 months)
