Double room in shared flat

This is a generously sized double room in a tenement flat in Shawlands. The entire flat is double glazed, and the bathroom was recently refurbished.
There's all the usual amenities in the flat, including a dishwasher, and the room is partially furnished so includes bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a stack of shelves for storage. Be warned there's not much storage left in the rest of the flat.
Council tax Band C (£150pcm), gas and electric are about £60pcm at the moment. Broadband is in the middle of changing supplier but should be about £30pcm. So all in 240, split evenly should be about 120-150 per month.
I am male, 33 years old, professional (NHS) working 3 days per week from home (usually Wednesday/Thursday and variable other days.
I keep the flat pretty clean (photos are a realistic view of the flat in a normal state), so hoping you will do the same. I've got no strong preferences about who I share with except that you're decent and don't break stuff.
