Double room in shared flat

This is a generously sized double room in my flat in Shawlands. The entire flat is double glazed, and the bathroom was recently refurbished.
There's all the usual amenities in the flat, including a dishwasher, and the room is partially furnished so bed, wardrobe, bedside table, stack of shelves for storage. There's not a huge amount of storage left in the rest of the flat, but I'm happy to be flexible and work out any changes to furniture / cupboards / etc.
Council tax Band C, gas and electric are £55pcm at the moment. Broadband (about 35mb) is on a contract due to run out in a couple of months so I would cover that until then and reassess - likely to upgrade to fibre.
I am a male, 33 years old, professional (NHS), with no strong preferences on you as a flatmate except that you're decent and don't break stuff, and I work from home 3 days a week.
