Lovely room to rent in Shawlands flat

Hi, I’m Lynsey. I’m the current tenant looking for someone to share this lovely furnished 2 bed flat in the Southside of Glasgow. The flat is in a quiet area, with parking and a few minutes walk from the train stations and the shops as well as a gym in the Shawlands. The room advertised would come furnished with a desk, fitted wardrobes and access to its own (the main bathroom). The flat is spacious, with a large kitchen/living room. It has both gas and electric and is council tax band E. I also have wifi installed. I’d estimate the bills (half) to come to around £200 a month.

I’m a working professional, working a 9-5 mostly from home (currently in the living room) and I’m studying a part time masters. I enjoy baking, reading and going for walks, especially to some of the excellent bakeries in the area. I’m quiet, clean and considerate. I’m looking for someone similar who is sociable and would be up for grabbing coffee and the occasional movie night but also is respectful of each others space. Any questions just let me know!
