Spacious double room in a beautiful southside flat

We are looking for a flatmate to join our lovely home.

The ideal person is sociable and fun but responsible and willing to partake fairly in the household labour of the flat.

Two flatmates include a filmmaker/writer and a musician and a university administrator.

We like to hang out, go swimming, clubbing, galleries and cook together.

The new tenant needs to move in or pay rent from the 12th of October onwards. Long-term lets only, as otherwise, we are vulnerable to rental increases.
