Double Room and Shared office space in flat share

Hiya, I am currently looking for a flatmate to move into my rental that I share with my little dog Rosie. I have a double room and a shared office space to rent out, so it would be ideal for someone who works from home. Ideally you love dogs and could keep Rosie company when I'm at work. The flat includes a large living room and dining area, a separate kitchen, a shared bathroom, an office, and two double rooms. There is a huge communal garden at the back as well.
I have put a lot of effort into making the flat a home and would love to share this nice place with someone who enjoys socialising, but also alone time and some cozy evenings in. Just a heads up, it would be a shared tendency so you would have to go through the agency and their referencing process to qualify to rent. The council tax band is D.
