Room in bright/spacious flat in Shawlands

Hi there ☺️ My name is Gina and I am looking for a lovely flatmate to move into my 3 bedroom flat in shawlands (one bedroom is just used for storage).

The rent is £400 each and comes to a total of £570 each once utilities and council tax is included.

The flat has a modern kitchen and bathroom, new windows and is EPC C so is nice and cosy even over winter. The room for let is the larger room which comes furnished (and I have purchased a mattress since that photo was taken).

There is on street parking and we are about 8 minutes from the nearest train station with lots of parks and grocery stores nearby.

I am a queer pole dancer, aerialist and ecologist and when I’m not out and about in nature for work I am usually dancing at the studio I go to or relaxing at home watching movies 🥰

I am looking for someone friendly, clean and relaxed to live with and pride myself on making a cosy and welcoming home space.

I am looking for a flatmate on behalf of my landlord and so once I find someone I like they would also need to go through my letting agencies approval process but they are really nice.

Pets considered as my last flatmate had a cat ❤️
