Lovely bright south facing double room available in shared flat in Shawlands!

I am a young professional looking for someone to move in with me as my current flatmate is moving city.
I am a laid back and tidy flatmate who loves to travel, hike, swim and spend my weekends outdoors.
I often work in the office 3/4 days per week and have a desk in the living room I'd be more than happy to share.
I would love to have someone who is up for socialising whether that's having dinner or going to a pub quiz. But also happy to spend time independently too.
Ideally I would like another professional to share with.
The room comes unfurnished but my flatmate is happy to discuss leaving any furniture. The rest of the flat comes furnished by myself.
There is also flexibility on the move in date.

Rent is £597.50 per month and bills come to about £170 per month for council tax, wifi and bills.
