Double room available

Hello! I am looking to rent out a double room in my flat in Shawlands. Although the flat is my main address, I am away a lot and so you would largely have the place to yourself. My partner and I have a (very) friendly spaniel who is sometimes with me at the flat.

It's a ground floor tenement flat with a private garden at the front and a shared garden at the back. The room is a double and is partially furnished with a king size bed and some built in shelving/storage. There is room for additional furniture in the bedroom. There's a lovely open plan kitchen and living area, and a shared bathroom. The flat has good WiFi and a nest.

Including bills works out rightly £800pcm all in. This will be less in spring/summer.

I'm looking for someone friendly and considerate who will take care of the place. I'm a doctor, easy to live with, friendly and sociable but also respectful of your privacy. I enjoy music, dog walks, hillwalking, socialising, cooking and traveling.
