Ensuite double room in Shawlands

Hello! I'm looking for a friendly face to come live with me in a super cute ground floor tenement in Shawlands. The room will be available from 1st May.

The place is ten minutes walk from Crossmyloof and Pollokshaws East Stations, right next to Queen's Park as well as about forty million coffee shops.

You will have an unfurnished double room with an ensuite shower, it lets in lots of light and is a decent size. We will also have a shared bathroom, teeny tiny kitchen and a living room which will be mostly unfurnished when you arrive (bonus points if you already own a couch we can share as my flatmate's taking hers!)

About me: I'm a bubbly lady in my mid twenties, prone to wandering around the flat singing to myself, reading/writing on the couch, napping and batch cooking various soups and curries. Liable to go out for the odd pint and dance now and then but am not a massive drinker. About to start working in a bakery, so my hours will be quite early (will start work at 7-8am). I'm neurodivergent, and do experience dips with my mental health/go into my shell after a long day. Will never seek to be unkind but can come across as withdrawn, won't be anything personal I'll just be in snail mode lol. But for the mostpart I am a chatty lady with a creative streak and a good sense of humour.

Housework wise I am pretty laid back, it is a small flat so tends to get spruced up every couple of weeks but am not a clean freak. As long as we tidy up after ourselves in the communal spaces I'm not gonna mind the odd dish pile left out overnight.

Main flat rules will be: pay bills on time, be respectful of noise levels in the later hours and prioritise open communication.
