Room available in Shawlands flatshare

Furnished double bedroom available to rent in Shawlands - super convenient for buses, cafes, supermarkets. 10 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to Queens Park.

My flatmate is moving across town to her own place, so I'm looking for a new flatmate who is friendly, tidy, and considerate. I'm a Kiwi new(ish) to Scotland, and I love going to gigs and the cinema.

Monthly bills are not included but roughly:

- Council tax £80 (band C)
- Electricity: £60
- Wifi: £15

The room is available 26 May, possibly a little earlier by negotiation.
