Lovely room in Shawlands available

Room going in lovely three bedroom tenement flat, living with one cis/het couple and one female. Room is a double with plenty of storage space, bed frame+mattress available if desired. Communal living and food sharing is normal here, but happy to discuss if this doesn't work for you. Two of us work in social care/charity sector and one is an artist/kp. Most importantly, we would like someone who is aligned with our values - no racists, terfs, zionists etc.

*Price includes all bills* and communal food, rental agreement would be as a lodger. Females/NB preferred, but men considered if you're sound. Smokers welcome, but it's a no smoking inside household generally. We are ideally looking for someone to move in asap.
