Room available In Shawlands flat!

Hi all! My flatmate is moving for his job so I'm looking for someone to take over his room. It's a lovely 2 bed flat in the heart of Shawlands, a 2 minute walk from the main road and the train station. Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are good sized bedrooms and a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Rent is 547 a month, bills ad up to around 50 a month (can get a bit higher in winter) council tax is B.

You'd be sharing with myself. I am a recently graduated occupational therapist. I'm laid back and friendly person who likes socialising and values alone time. I've been flat sharing for many years and have always got on well with folk! I love crafting, board games, rollerskating and wild swimming. I also love to bake so sweet treats are definitely a perk of living with me!

I'm looking for someone to take over the room ideally beginning/mid June but I can be flexible with this. Professionals only so we can split the council tax. Feel free to send a wee dm if you're interested in a viewing!
