Flatmate wanted for Double room in Shawlands

Hi! My current flatmate went travelling and I need someone to move in ASAP (before the 4th) so I don’t lose my gorgeous flat! I would like to live with someone I can be friends with. I like keeping the flat clean and tidy, I need my sleep every night and I enjoy a peaceful home life. Definitely not a party house, I’m more of a dinner guests person than an afters person and generally prefer to socialise outside of the flat and come home to relax . That said, I’m always up for a chat or a movie night. 😊

The room is unfurnished and comes with an ensuite shower. The flat spacious and comfortable, in a great area and well-connected by public transport. Langside and Pollokshaws East train stations are both about a 7 min walk away.

I also love animals and I’m hoping to adopt a cat soon – so ideally you’re someone who’s happy to share a space with a future furry friend!
