I have a room available from September 12 in Shawlands! The flat is small, but pretty comfortable and functional! It’s situated in a peaceful neighbourhood just 5-10mins walk from Pollokshaws East train station and multiple bus routes to central Glasgow. 5 different supermarkets are within walking distance, as are both Queens Park and Pollok Country Park. Council tax is band B.

A little bit about me (the other tenant) - I’m an Aussie who’s been living in Scotland for 3 years. I’m not a party person or a huge drinker, but I do enjoy a chill drink with mates! I work in the tourism industry and as a freelance trumpet player and teacher.

Please note - the available room and flat is unfurnished so you would have to provide a bed and any other furniture for the bedroom. The landlord would prefer someone who is looking for a long term rent, so please keep this in mind.
