We are heading off on a six-month adventure and looking to sublet our room in our newly rennovated and fully furnished flat in Shawlands from 1st November to end of April.

- A few minutes walk from Queen’s Park, as well as cafes, shops and restaurants on Kilmarnock Road
- Closeby transport links to city centre
- Friendly neighbours and a community vibe

💰 Cost
- £800 per calendar month, includes all bills, Wi-Fi and council tax (band C)
- Open to couples — we’d just need to adjust costs slightly to keep things fair for our current flatmate

We're just looking for someone tidy, and respectful to look after our space while we're away.
