Just a few minutes from Queens park and Shawlands high street, as well as close to southside neighbourhoods such as Battlefield, Govanhill, Strathbungo etc.

Very near to multiple bus routes to town and Crossmyloof train station. There is also free street parking.

Room is furnished with double bed and mattress, full length mirror, desk and chair, shelving, chest of drawers and also a clothes rail (not pictured). Also access to the rest of the flat including living room, separate kitchen and shared bathroom. There is a shared rear garden for the whole tenement which I've had bbqs in before. Fibre broadband.

The flat will be shared with me. I'm a friendly young professional working in architecture. I work in the office full time so am out during the day. I enjoy nature and being outdoors, sports like climbing and art/design. I am looking for a flatmate I can get along with and hang out with, but also life is busy so we'll both have our own space!

Ideally a young professional like myself, though I will happily consider a mature student (but can only adjust the price for council tax to 25%). No couples and no full time working from home due to increased energy costs sorry! Vegetarian like me would be great but as long as you've got your own pans etc I don't mind.

Rent is £625 pcm which includes council tax. Utilities are additional and usually come to roughly another £65 pcm.
