Cosy double room available in 2 bedroom flat in Shawlands. lgbtq+ snd neurospicy friendly :)

Rent is 550 and with council tax and bills total will average around 650pm

I am a 25yr old professional with working in NHS mental health services. I am also a part time masters student in psychology. I work 3/4 days usually in office and will do uni work in the flat or out at a cafe so prefer a quiet environment!

I lived with girls throughout my undergrad who became my best friends so always open to friendship and prefer a flatmate I can have a connection with and enjoy shared company in evenings for example. I would prefer to get to know who I’m living with rather than having a superficial surface level relationship. Saying that I equally value quiet and alone time and respect others’. I recently went through a breakup so would prefer my flatmate doesn’t have partners etc round often.

I value cleanliness however not to a level of being anal/ controlling but expect cleaning to be shared and maintained by both people.

I Value sleep so like quiet time after like 9/10pm :) I do occasionally have friends round and would always check this first with flatmate and expect same with them.

Flat is furnished by landlord however is additionally decorated with my bits and bobs.
