Double room in a two bed flat in Shawlands

I'm looking for a woman to move into my room in a lovely flat in shawlands just off the main street. The room is a good sized unfurnished double room with a shower room attached (but has no toilet, the main toilet is shared). It's a great location close to all the amenities of shawlands but on a nice quiet road. Bills (internet, energy, council tax) are approx £140 a month. looking for someone to ideally move in mid january. Contact me if you're interested or have any more questions!
