Massive double bedroom in Strathbungo

Hi,

I have a BIG room available in my flat in Strathbungo for a lodger.

It’s my first time owning a flat and I am honestly missing the ad hoc company and craic of sharing.

The location is great - v close to Queens Park for a dose of nature 🍃. The connections to town are good from Queens Park or Pollockshields stations. West end is more tricky but the subway is just walkable!
There is free parking on the street outside.

There are loads of cafes/bars/pubs nearby and arguably the best ice cream in ggow on the street.

The room will come furnished with a bed only - but it’s a belter four poster. There is a large built in wardrobe thing. There is also easily space for a desk if you need to work/make from home. You are free to add decor (as it needs some). Lounge, kitchen and bathroom are all shared. All are in good nick and kept tidy and clean.

I’m a fairly laid back person, work in engineering in renewable projects. I spend my free time climbing, reading and hanging out with my pals in Southside.
