Furnished Double Room with Part Time Flat Mate

Hi, I'm Lisa I’m 33 and work in the whisky industry.

I live between 2 places and generally only stay in Glasgow 2/3 nights a week when I’m in the office or down for the odd weekend so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time.

The flat is on a quiet street 10 minutes walk from Crossmyloof train station and 4 minutes walk from Maxwell Park station.

There’s a big Morrisons 8 minutes walk away on the way to Crossmyloof station and amazing coffee shops (Neka, Cafe Strangebrew, Tantrum Doughnuts) a 15 minute walk away.

It’s a 3 minute walk to Pollok Park and there’s a great 5k loop from the flat through the park.

I use the car parking space but there’s plenty of street parking.

The room is South facing so a lot of daytime sun, you’ll have your own bathroom with a shower and bath. There’s storage for a bike downstairs and lots of storage in the hallway for coats etc… in the cupboards.

I will work from the kitchen living room on occasion (once a week) when I’m at the flat but I’ll make sure to let you know what my plans are in advance. The living room has a Juliet balcony and you’ll get the sun in the evening. There’s a grass covered garden with a patio for you to enjoy as well.

Bills included, but if the energy usage is higher than £60 per month then your rent will need to go up just to cover this.

The flat was fully refurbished a year ago, so everything is new and modern. You have use of the washing machine , dryer, cooker, over, air fryer and all my kitchen gadgets.

I have a TV but no tv license but you can use your Netflix, Prime etc…

I’m looking for a clean and tidy professional who’ll treat my home with respect and doesn’t mind having a flat mate who’s not there a lot of the time.
